Dear 5-a-side soccer friends,

We’re happy that you’re interested in the brochure of the COPA DEL MAR tournament. Our international 5-a-side outdoor soccer tournament is well known for a very specific item.

The annual change of location and country, around the Mediterranean Sea. The 2026 edition will has his first edition in Sicily, the island that has so many faces and mysteries. In the middle of the fascinating island, we found another pearl!

The 4* SERENUSA  Resort! For Italians well-known as a private resort from the BLUE SERENA GROUP.

Situated near Licata in the province of Agrigento, famous for his temple remains of the Roman Empire. Direct at the beach we’ve a big swim area at the sandy waterfront. But also are another 2 swimming pools available in the same resort. The rooms are situated around a central square with restaurant and bars.

But, most important, a sport accommodation with 4 football pitches surrounded with nets, perfect for a 5x5 football game. So when you’ve no games it’s easily to walk to the centre and eat a snack or have a dip in the pools in between matches. The resort also possesses an amphitheatre which is ideal for our 2 official evenings.

This is edition is also special for us, because it’s our 15th Copa del Mar and our 40th international 5x5 event! So time to think how we make this edition perfect. In the past 39 editions we’re known to experiment. Always look to modernize the event, so we stay attractive and make it more comfortable for our participants and us, the organizers.

So as we’re also family-minded, we offer for this 40th edition, all kids -3y old a FREE stay with all services.

NEW for this edition is that we also organize the 1st CDM MASTERS for Padel players! We’ve 2 courts situated next to the soccer fields. So those who like to smash a ball instead of kicking it, we’re here for you! More info, further in this brochure.

To make all of this happening and build on the future of the tournament, we looked for a cooperation. We shall take the necessary time to introduce our friends Nuno & Judith from EDA Sport agency, who are also experienced in organizing football events around the world. Together we will build this edition to be another fantastic memory for everyone!
